Bohali is a picturesque area of Zante, known for its panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and Peloponnese. The poet Dionysios Solomos, a famous Zakynthian poet gained inspiration here, on the hill of Lofos Strani, to write his best-known poem and its lyrics later become the words of the Greek National Anthem.
